Transport Kereta / Handover notes

Customer notes before car handover.

Vehicle shipping between Peninsular Malaysia, Sabah and Sarawak. Request a review of handover and collection and a quotation through Kereta WhatsApp.

Prepare handover questions without setting an operating procedure yourself. Distinguish your proposal from operator instructions confirmed later.

Proposed person

State whom you propose for handover. If someone helps, ask what approval or information is needed for your case.

What is known about the car

Record the car description and relevant short observations. Do not assume customer notes replace any review or record the operator may request.

What remains uncertain

Ask about place, timing and what to bring before planning arrangements. This page promises no handover location or appointment.

Before sharing the enquiry

Does this card confirm arrangements?

No. The card organises customer proposals. The operator must review people, places, timing and scope before arrangements can be considered confirmed.

How do I request a shipping review?

Read the handover and collection notes, then use Kereta WhatsApp for a review of shipping between Peninsular Malaysia, Sabah and Sarawak and a quotation. You choose whether to send the message.

Ask the operator

Review both arrangements.
